1Scope & Covered Products
This Privacy Policy applies to this website and all digital software products, mobile applications (Android & iOS), Flutter apps, SaaS tools, and sub-products published or maintained by Rohit Vishwakarma (operating also under developer entities such as DevelopeOne Apps / developeoneapps), unless a specific product explicitly provides its own separate privacy policy.
Depending on whether you use our website or download one of our mobile applications, the following categories of information may be handled:
- No Account / Local-First Products: Most of our mobile utility apps operate on a local-first architecture. They store data strictly on your device (via SharedPreferences, SQLite, Room, or local cache) and do not transmit your user data to external private servers.
- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Mobile OS version, device manufacturer, device model, language settings, app version, and anonymized crash logs generated when an app experiences an unexpected error.
- Advertising Identifiers (Where Ads Are Present): For ad-supported free applications, third-party advertising SDKs may read standard non-permanent advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or IDFA) to serve compliant advertisements.
- Client & Consulting Data: For software engineering clients, contact emails, technical roadmaps, staging credentials, and NDA-protected business documentation provided voluntarily.
2Mobile Device Permissions (Android & iOS)
Sub-Products published on Google Play or other app marketplaces may request runtime operating system permissions. Permissions are requested strictly when required to perform a feature you initiate:
Camera / Photos
Requested only if the app includes camera capture, QR scanning, or photo attachment features. Images remain on your device unless you explicitly upload or share them.
Notifications
Used solely for user-requested reminders, alerts, or core app status updates. You can disable notifications anytime in device settings.
Storage / Files
Used exclusively to save, export, or open user-generated files (e.g., PDF exports, local database backups) chosen by you.
Network Access
Used to fetch public data, sync cloud records (where applicable), verify license status, or deliver remote bug fixes.
Android Manifest Permissions Scope: Our applications are not limited solely to the permissions highlighted above. Depending on the specific features and functionalities of a given application, our apps may request permissions defined in the official Android Manifest Permissions Specification. We always obtain your explicit consent before requesting or accessing any permission required for app functionality. The purpose and necessity of each requested permission are clearly explained within the in-app consent dialog or prominent disclosure notice prior to use.
Important Notice: If you do not agree with any permission request, data handling practice, or collection terms outlined in this policy or within an individual application’s consent disclaimers, we recommend that you do not install, access, or continue using our applications and services.
You can grant, review, or revoke any permission at any time through your device’s Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions menu.
3Third-Party Services & SDKs
Our Sub-Products may integrate industry-standard third-party SDKs to provide analytics, crash reporting, monetization, or cloud infrastructure:
- Google Play Services: Core system APIs, security checks, and billing infrastructure.
- Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): Anonymized diagnostic logs to detect and repair device-specific app crashes.
- Google AdMob: Compliant advertising services for free ad-supported applications.
- Google Play In-App Billing: Secure purchase and subscription processing. We do not store or process payment card details.
- Cloudflare / GitHub: Web hosting, API endpoints, and DNS management.
Each third-party service operates under its respective privacy terms. We do not sell or trade user data to data brokers.
4Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Unless explicitly stated in an application’s store listing as designed for children, our services and Sub-Products are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe an app has inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will promptly purge the information.
5Client Consulting & Codebase Confidentiality
For clients engaging Rohit Vishwakarma for bespoke software engineering, mobile architecture, or AI acceleration:
Client proprietary algorithms, database schemas, internal documentation, and custom software codebases are protected under strict professional confidentiality. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are routinely honored.
6Data Security, Retention & User Deletion Requests
Data Security & Encryption in Transit: All communications between our mobile applications, backend services, and third-party APIs are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3) protocols. On-device local storage is safeguarded within the app’s sandboxed operating system environment.
Security Practice & Disclaimer: We practice and maintain industry-standard security methodologies, technical measures, and encryption protocols to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission over the internet or method of digital storage can be guaranteed to be 100% impenetrable. While we make every reasonable commercial effort to safeguard your data, we do not claim or guarantee 100% absolute data security, and any data transmission is undertaken at your own risk.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide requested app features, fulfill contractual deliverables, or comply with statutory accounting requirements.
In compliance with Google Play Store data safety standards and GDPR/CCPA regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your account or any data stored in connection with our Sub-Products:
- Send an email to developeoneapps@gmail.com.
- Set the subject to: “Data Deletion Request - [App/Product Name]”.
- Include your account identifier, email, or device ID (if applicable).
Your request will be processed, and associated cloud records deleted, within 14 business days. Local on-device data can be immediately removed by uninstalling the application or clearing storage in device settings.
7Modifications to this Universal Policy
As new Sub-Products, apps, and features are launched, this policy may be revised to reflect technological or regulatory updates. The most current version will always be accessible at this URL with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of any Sub-Product after updates constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
